Most of them do work with mods that access the same file but they need to load first.
Pescado's mods are great but they often conflict with others as they are not engineered to take other mods into account. Here are some instructions if you're having trouble getting it to work. If you have The Sims 2: The Ultimate Collection, the HCDU might have trouble finding your Downloads folder. Please check modder's conflict lists to make sure. Some mods conflict in ways HCDU can't detect, although it is very rare. We advise everyone to check for conflicts with the Hack Conflict Detection Utility mod.
